高等植物维生素C和维生素E代谢调控

摘 要:

维生素C和维生素E是植物自身合成的抗氧化剂, 对植物发育具有重要调控作用。本文对近年来高等植物维生素C和 维生素E合成途径、代谢调控、关键酶基因的克隆和转化进行了论述, 分析两种维生素之间的相互作用, 对该领域未来的 研究方向进行了展望。

Abstract:

Vitamins C and E are antioxidants which are synthesized and play important regulatory roles in plants. In this review, the synthesis pathways of vitamins C and E and the regulation of their metabolism in higher plants are summarized. The isolation and transformation of genes encoding key enzymes involved in their syntheses, and the interaction of the two vitamins in plants are also surve8yed. Finally, the directions of research in this field in the future are predicted.
